Chua Ying has 18 years of experience in the auditing and accounting profession. She is a Fellow of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and has extensive experience in providing financial consultancy services to listed corporations, IPO aspirants, MNCs and local companies.

Chua Ying graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. She spent 15 years in Ernst & Young and thereafter, Chio Lim & Associates (the biggest local CPA firm in Singapore), providing assurance, business advisory, accounting, corporate secretarial, taxation, due diligence on companies takeovers, internal control assessment and financial and management services. Chua Ying was the Accountant of Courts Singapore Limited where she participated in the IPO exercise and was responsible for the group's financial and management reporting.

Chua Ying held various senior management positions in commercial organizations throughout her career. Prior to joining as a partner and director of 1stConsultants, she was a Director at Fiduciary Asia Management Pte Ltd, a finance and accounting service provider. One of the major projects completed by her is the provision of accounting support and acting as consultants on the IPO of companies on SGX-ST as well as the Singapore listing of subsidiaries of a conglomerate quoted on the Australia Stock Exchange. She also led a team to provide business outsourcing services to foreign corporations and local companies on a spectrum of services including accounting, bank administration, office management, payroll and human resource management.

Through 1stConsultants, Chua Ying acts as interim CFO of a Main Board listed group in the marine industry.

Chua Ying speaks regularly at a local polytechnic on accounting and assurance subjects.

Leonard started his career with Ernst & Young after graduation and has more than 20 years of experience in the finance and banking industry. Leonard was with the investment banking and advisory arm of Utama Wadley Merchant Bank catering to various client base, in particular, sizeable local and regional companies in construction, trading and manufacturing industries that were publicly listed and on the IPO track. Leonard covered Corporate Advisory, Finance, Banking and Capital Markets during his tenure with the bank and managed several successful IPO, mergers & acquisitions, fund raising from equity and capital markets as well as pure advisory on corporate matters.

In 1995, Leonard joined and headed the corporate division of Repco Holdings PLC which was listed on the KLSE, during which he was involved in several merger and acquisition transactions from conceptualisation and negotiation to legal documentations and completion of transactions of key driver businesses.

Over the past years, Leonard successfully brought companies to public listing and restructured companies, including financially distress concerns as well as completed several merger and acquisition assignments. Currently, Leonard is involved in a real estate group responsible for the group's business development, financing and investment directions.

Leonard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Accounting & Finance) from Moansh University, Melbourne Australia.

Jimmy accumulates his audit and commercial experience with Ernst & Young, RSM Chio Lim Stone Forest and several renowned organisations in Singapore. His portfolio includes IPO aspirants, publicly listed companies and small and medium size enterprises. Jimmy's forte is in full spectrum of finance role including accounting, tax, administration and corporate secretarial matters.

With his vast involvement in a broad range of industries in manufacturing, marine, mining, distribution, service and trading, Jimmy works closely with the management and the finance teams of organisations in setting up and strengthening their accounting and management reporting system, including preparing monthly management accounts and schedules, cash flow reports, consolidated accounts and head office reports.
